Delivery per order is £3.95 inc.P&P and normally dispatched within 3-5 working days by Royal Mail first class Signed for. Please note that this may vary during busy periods

We also offer free delivery by hand on all local orders in the BA5 area

Our Hand Crafted items are made to order so please allow 10 days for delivery

we will notify you when your item(s) are dispatched 

We hope you love your new purchase but in the unlikely event you would like a return please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we‘ll be happy to help. For hygiene reasons earrings are non returnable.  The customer must pay for return postage and we cannot be held responsible for items not received. It is therefore in the customers interest to use Royal Mail Signed for. Refunds are paid  via the original method of purchase. 

Unless otherwise stated ie. Sterling silver /Hypo Allergenic or fabrics our costume jewellery is made of quality beads and silver or gold plated brass or other base metals 

To care for pieces simply use a damp cloth to polish and remove surface marks. Store safely taking care with necklaces to detangle before storage.
Avoid pieces coming into contact with hairspray perfumes and lotions as these can stain and discolour. 

We do not recommend wearing when bathing or showering 

We advise not using specialist cleaners on costume jewellery especially if they contain crystal /diamanté’s or coloured glass.
